Your Feedback Please

When it comes to blogging, I’m running on autopilot most of the time. Basically, I write about whatever is on my mind: my debt, the news, the economy, etc.

But what if I’m missing the mark?

Or what if I’m writing about issues that aren’t relevant to you?

That would be a big problem. And, frankly, I just don’t know how well I’m addressing your interests… because… I haven’t asked!

So I’m taking the time to ask now. If you don’t mind, please leave a comment below answering one or more of these questions:

  • What do you like about this blog?
  • What do you dislike about this blog?
  • What things would you like me to write about that perhaps I’ve been neglecting?
  • How can I make this blog better?

When you reply, don’t worry about hurting my feelings. I can take criticism like a big boy. :-)

Thanks in advance for helping me out!

I don’t want you to change the topics. Your blog stands out to me because you’re not focusing on retirement/CDs/stock market. You present a more accurate picture of the typical American, trying to get out of debt. Opposed to the financial bloggers that have it all together and tell us to get out of debt and invest… it ain’t that simple!

I also enjoy reading about more controversial economic issues. I’m not looking for doom and gloom, but ideas where USA might be heading, financially.

Leah – Thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate it.

Anybody else?

It’s a great site. Enjoyed reading the posts. Always like ideas for saving/making money — surviving the end of the world, that sort of thing. The recent post you did was good, but too long. Would have preferred it broken up over many posts, or turned into a PDF/mp3 report.

I think the only other thing that would interest me would be downloadable MP3 interviews other people struggling with debt and their story/strategies for getting out of it.

More pictures would also be cool. Not stock photos but picture from Ryan Healy’s day-to-day debt-reducing life and family.

@John – Thank you for your suggestions. Really appreciate them.

I agree — “American Empire” post was Loooong. Too long.

I’ll see what I can do about including more pictures.
