Editor’s Pick… First Time Ever!
By Ryan Healy | January 28, 2008
This week I participated in The Carnival of Debt Reduction, as I do most weeks. But this week, for the first time ever, my post was selected as an Editor’s Pick! I thought that was pretty cool.
I’ve been gunning to get an Editor’s Pick for quite some time. It took longer than I expected, which actually makes it more rewarding now that it’s happened.
Madison at My Dollar Plan hosted the carnival this week. My post about my debt reduction progress as of January was chosen as an Editor’s Pick. Other posts in the carnival that I enjoyed include…
- Walk Away from Your Home? – This post examines what’s happening right now in the real estate market and why. Definitely worth reading as it’s only a few paragraphs long.
- Time to Reduce Debt Quickly Now – This post discusses why you should not take on debt to acquire a depreciating asset. This happens to be relevant to buying a home since home prices are beginning to fall in many areas around the U.S. Can you tell I like articles about the economy?
Anyway, I hope you enjoy these posts. If you write a blog about debt reduction, then consider participating in the next carnival here.
