What Would You Ask a Christian Bankruptcy Attorney?

By Ryan Healy | April 3, 2008

Bankruptcy QuestionsNext week, I’ll be interviewing a Christian bankruptcy attorney.

His name is Jesse Aschenberg, and he and his team have handled literally thousands of bankruptcy and foreclosure cases.

I’ll be recording the interview and publishing it here… for free… for you to download and listen to.

With that in mind, here’s what I’d like to know from you.

  • If you were sitting face-to-face with a Christian bankruptcy attorney, what questions would you ask him? What would you want to know about his experience, perspective, or beliefs about bankruptcy?

Please leave a comment below with your questions. I will then incorporate the best questions into the interview. Thanks in advance for your help!

If you were sitting face-to-face with a Christian bankruptcy attorney, one question I would you ask him would be: “How do you feel about Chapter 7 versus 13, as it relates to scripture? Do you think that only Chapter 13 is acceptable?”

This is a great idea Ryan!

    Love your blog! :)
